Engaged AccraBuild for a 4,500 sqm warehouse build at Tema. Their bid wasn't the cheapest, but the line items were transparent and the references checked out. Build came in on time, no surprises on the change orders. Procurement of imported materials handled cleanly through their network. Will use again for our Kumasi site.

Strong work overall. Delivered our boutique hotel renovation (East Legon, 22 rooms) within the agreed window. Communication was excellent during the build. Minor docking on stars only because some final-finish details required two rounds of revision — though to be fair, they were on it once flagged.
